Resource Center

Updated every week, the Resource Center is dedicated to helping OnPerformance affiliates optimize their sales – and customer satisfaction. It includes the Buyer Indications and Trends Reports (one for B2B and one for B2C) which are published every January and July. The Resource Center also includes information on how to maximize the benefit of an OnPerformance affiliation.

Standard

Standard includes the basic information essential to discerning buyers such as the organization name, products/services, contact information, etc. All standard data may be input as soon as the affiliate registration is complete and it can be easily changed at any time.

About

The more important the decision, the more buyers want to know about the provider. This section gives affiliates the opportunity to share information such as history, vision, mission, objectives and staff biographies. Data may be uploaded as soon as registration is complete and it is easily changed at any time.

Product/Service Details

This feature allows providers to present clear, compelling and comprehensive information about a Product/Service. This information may include features and benefits, the value proposition, performance metrics, ROI and differentiators as well as charts, graphics, images, and pictures.

Awards, Affiliations and Certifications

Appropriate case studies, professional papers, metrics and special offers are interesting to buyers and serve as effective means to communicate what the provider is capable of delivering. This section should include appropriate affiliations, certifications, licenses and awards. Information may be input as soon as the affiliate registration is complete and it is easily changed at any time.

Rating & Review Instrument

This instrument was designed by survey experts to make it easy for customers to provide valid customer satisfaction data.

Customer Feedback Processing

All feedback is processed real-time, 24/7 according to the option selected by the affiliate. Affiliates may choose of three options for every listing:

  • Publish: All three star or better Ratings and Reviews are immediately published. Ratings of less than three starts are classified as provisional and are not published unless or until they have been appropriately addressed.
  • Average: All Ratings and Reviews are processed the same as the Publish option however only the average Rating is published and a notice indicates "Reviews are processed for this listing however for business reasons they are not available to the public. Reviews and other performance feedback are appropriately shared with customers and potential customers."
  • Select: All Ratings and Reviews are processed as with the other options however no information is published. A notice in the listing Rating and Review section indicates “Ratings and Reviews are processed for this listing however for business reasons they are not available to the public. Ratings and Reviews and other performance feedback are appropriately shared with customers and potential customers.

Dissatisfied Customer Resolution

Confidential customer ratings and reviews are the ultimate performance metric and can virtually guarantee serious consideration and a decided advantage in the final selection. Reliance affiliates are able to receive ratings and reviews, but they are not displayed for buyers to view. Ultimate affiliates can offer incentives to their customers to deliver invaluable feedback, foster extremely loyal customers and drive continuous improvement. OnPerformance will work closely with Ultimate affiliates who wish to take advantage of this feature.

Failsafe

Protects providers by providing a confidential and secure conduit to learn of potential criminal, ethical, legal, moral or policy issues. "Just having Failsafe is a good thing."
